Chase was previously a Senior Director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. With extensive experience in commercial real estate鈥搃ncluding sales and equity placement鈥揅hase was primarily responsible for originating, marketing and placing transactions in the New York metro area. Prior to his role as Senior Director, he was a key member of HFF鈥檚 New York Investment Sales team pre-acquisition by JLL and also served on CBRE鈥檚 New York Investment Properties team.
