�ǿ�����app����[1] announces it has arranged two new restaurant leases at Lakeshore in Irvine, CA, to Bosscat Kitchen & Libations and TEN Sushi + Cocktail Bar. �ǿ�����app���� Associate Director Vanessa Brown represented Daily Dose Hospitality, the company behind both restaurant concepts, which was founded by business partners JT Reed and Leslie Nguyen.

Bosscat Kitchen & Libations, a modern whiskey-focused eatery, will occupy nearly 5,000 square feet with a 1,200-square-foot patio and indoor/outdoor bar, opening to the vast greenbelt in the center of the business park. TEN Sushi + Cocktail Bar spans 2,800 square feet with an outdoor patio and features a central, showpiece bar. Both restaurants are relocating from their previous nearby location in Newport, which will undergo redevelopment early next year. Both concepts are holding grand openings August 2022.

“It has been great working with the team at Daily Dose to bring these exciting new locations to fruition,�� said Brown. “The beautiful campus at Lakeshore with both indoor and outdoor space will be the perfect location for both restaurant concepts.��

The restaurant spaces are brand new, constructed from the ground up by newly named Daily Dose Hospitality (previously BCK Management) and its construction partner, Platinum X Construction. The new restaurants are the fourth and fifth locations for the partnership between Platinum X and Daily Dose Hospitality. AO Architects were also a key player in the new spaces.

Owned by Sentre, Lakeshore is a 900,000-square-foot mixed-use campus featuring office and retail space and extensive parking with dedicated valet service. The property is located at 18101 Von Karman Avenue in Irvine and offers visibility from Interstate 405.
