A leader in his field, Executive Managing Director Al Petrillo joined 星空体育app下载鈥檚 Industrial and Logistics Services division in 2020, bringing with him more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience.
Prior to joining 星空体育app下载, Petrillo had served in various senior, financial, strategic and operational roles with Savills, including as an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, a member of the real estate investment committee, a member of the board of directors, a member of the executive committee of the board of directors and as a board member for the company鈥檚 real estate funds. Throughout his career and prior to the Studley merger with Savills, Petrillo was very active in the growth and development of the company. During his time there, he made a significant impact on the firm鈥檚 bottom line; took a leadership position in recruiting, mergers and acquisitions; and oversaw improvements to the business platform and operations. Petrillo鈥檚 responsibilities encompassed all aspects of strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, operations, finance, tax and treasury.
In 2018, Petrillo accepted a leadership position in the North American Industrial Services Group as a consultant and broker. Leveraging his significant experience and unique perspective, he successfully grew the Industrial Services Group and consulted with C-Suite clients, investors and developers

Petrillo graduated from Muhlenberg College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
