Caroline Wilson joined 星空体育app下载 in 2023 as a Transaction Manager with the Texas Industrial Capital Markets Team, alongside Dustin Volz, Stephen Bailey, Dom Espinosa, and Zach Riebe, after transitioning from JLL, where she began her career in 2021. The team collectively specializes in industrial investment sales, portfolio dispositions, financing, and equity placement across the nation. Wilson supports the team鈥檚 leadership by tracking and organizing deal flow, processing transactions through closing, creating and coordinating marketing materials and public relations, and serving as a liaison between investors and clients to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
