Recognized as one of the nation鈥檚 leading healthcare real estate advisors, Wadley has shaped some of the most significant medical real estate transactions in Texas and across the country. Among his many accomplishments, he oversaw one of the largest U.S. portfolio lease restructures for a hospital system in 2023 and led the largest medical real estate transactions in Texas in 2019, 2021 and 2023.
