Bringing over 15 years of experience in real estate and law, Van Mullem was most recently Managing Director of Real Estate at Resolute Commercial Services, LLC in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he led the company鈥檚 commercial real estate workouts and restructuring group. Prior, he managed the development of high-yield condominium projects at Replay Destinations and underwrote commercial real estate loans at Churchill Commercial Capital. Earlier in his career, Van Mullem practiced law, specializing in bankruptcy and distressed real estate cases.
