Matt Greer joined 星空体育app下载鈥檚 Capital Markets team in 2016 and serves as Vice Chairman for the debt and structured finance group in the Austin, Texas office. Greer brings to his position 29 years of real estate experience. His property type expertise extends to multihousing, student housing, manufactured housing, and commercial and retail properties with various structures, including permanent, bridge, equity and mezzanine debt financing.
Prior to joining 星空体育app下载, Greer worked from 2007 to 2016 at Austin-based Berkadia in Austin, where he financed projects in excess of $2 billion. Greer was previously a partner at AMS Real Estate (AMS), a real estate services firm where he launched an underwriting group that worked for many of the CMBS industry鈥檚 largest originators. Prior to his tenure with AMS, Greer was a Vice President at Simmons Vedder Partners, where he was responsible for the development and marketing of the company鈥檚 office division.
