Matthew Victor currently serves as Senior Managing Director and Market Leader for the Tri-State Suburban Area in 星空体育app下载 Valuation & Advisory鈥檚 Rutherford, New Jersey office.
Victor provides oversight of V&A operations and business development for the region and oversees a team of appraisers within the states of Connecticut, New Jersey and the upstate market area of New York.
Victor brings to his position nearly four decades of experience performing appraisals as well as market and feasibility studies throughout the Tri-State region. He has completed assignments involving a wide variety of property types, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and vacant land.
Prior to 星空体育app下载, Victor served for nearly 10 years as Managing Director for valuation & advisory services at CBRE’s office in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. Previously he worked for Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc., serving as a Director of Valuation Services in that company’s East Rutherford office.
