He has over a decade of general commercial real estate appraisal experience including manufactured housing communities, single and multi-tenant industrial and office buildings (including flex, R&D, and lab spaces), single and multi-tenant retail assets, self-storage, net lease properties, and vacant land.
McCaskill came to 星空体育app下载 after serving as a Senior Valuation Specialist for almost ten years at Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services, where he was part of the national self-storage specialty practice group. Prior to his time at Colliers International, McCaskill worked at R.W. Shiplett & Associates, LLC, a local Charlotte-based appraisal company.
