Michelle Swallow, MAI, currently serves as an Executive Vice President in 星空体育app下载 Valuation & Advisory鈥檚 San Jose, California office. Swallow brings to her position over 19 years of experience valuing and advising on a wide variety of commercial real estate property types.
Prior to 星空体育app下载, Swallow was a senior director in Cushman & Wakefield鈥檚 Valuation & Advisory Services Group. In this position, Swallow performed appraisal and consulting services throughout Northern California on all types of properties, including industrial facilities, corporate headquarter campuses, office complexes, retail centers, automobile dealerships, self-storage facilities, apartments, vacant land and residential subdivisions. The intended use of these assignments included mortgage lending, corporate advisory, disposition, acquisition, assessment districts, tax appeal purposes, litigation and rent arbitration.
