Dale’s clients include real estate and enterprise lenders as well as franchisees and owner-operators.
Actively engaged in real estate valuation since 2001, Dale transitioned to 星空体育app下载 upon its acquisition of Hopkins Appraisal Services, which specialized in retail petroleum facilities and restaurants.

Dale earned a Master of Urban Planning degree with special emphasis in Real Estate and Economic Development from the University of Kansas in 1997. He previously earned Bachelor of Arts in environmental studies from the University of Kansas in 1992. Additionally, Dale has taken a variety of real estate and valuation courses from the Appraisal Institute and other providers.
