Ron Lakin has focused for 30 years on agency leasing assignments for high-profile Chicago office buildings. He is a proven marketer, generating revenues for clients exceeding $2.5 billion in both urban and suburban markets.
Lakin has particular expertise in Chicago鈥檚 Central Business District, including all of the CBD鈥檚 unique submarkets. He has been responsible for initial lease-up of major new projects, as well as successful leasing strategies for value-add properties.
As Lakin rose to the top tier of Chicago鈥檚 agency leasing experts, he led teams that generated leases for more than 20 million square feet in 32 major buildings. He has served 25 of the world鈥檚 largest institutional property owners.
Prior to joining 星空体育app下载, Lakin was Senior Vice President with Bradford Allen, CBRE, Transwestern and ORIX Real Estate Equities. Earlier, he headed marketing for Golub & Company, after beginning his career with Stein & Company (Mesirow Financial).
