Scott A. Rand, MAI, joined 星空体育app下载 Valuation & Advisory as a First Vice President in 2018 when the firm acquired the Boston office of Integra Realty Resources.
Actively engaged in real estate valuation and consulting since 1992, Rand currently focuses on major urban and suburban developments. He has completed valuations on a wide variety of asset types including, but not limited to, office, industrial, neighborhood and community shopping centers, multifamily, special use properties, and vacant land.
Rand鈥檚 special use assignments have involved the valuation of numerous institutional properties including several college campuses. Additionally, he has valued many investment-grade properties as part of national portfolio valuations.
