Since 2008, McCollam participates in the valuation of many property types including apartments, self-storage, mobile home parks, automobile dealerships, car washes, convenience stores, office buildings, medical office buildings, retail shopping centers, industrial facilities, cold storage/food processing facilities, meat processing facilities, movie theaters, industrial outdoor storage properties, agricultural land and vacant land. She has extensive experience appraising net leased investment properties, proposed properties, conversion projects and appraised many special purpose properties such as hospitals, automobile racetracks and funeral homes.
Clients have included commercial banks, developers, corporations, individual property owners, public agencies, insurance companies and legal firms for the purposes of mortgage underwriting, acquisition/disposition, dispute resolution, portfolio analysis and estate purposes.
McCollam came to 星空体育app下载 after serving as a Senior Valuation Associate for 15 years at CBRE. Among her previous professional responsibilities were new hire training, portfolio management and template adaptation for multiple specialty projects.
