As a Senior Managing Director in 星空体育app下载’s Houston office, Thomas Alleman is primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the transaction process, from valuation to marketing and finally client contact. Alleman has underwritten more than $12 billion in multifamily investments since joining the firm in 2010.
Prior to 星空体育app下载, Alleman worked as an analyst for Moody National Securities, where he assisted in raising capital for Moody National REIT I.
Alleman and his wife, Lindsay, have a daughter, Hannah, and are active members of Houston’s First Baptist Church, where they serve as Sunday school youth directors.
Education
Alleman earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
